Special Offers

If two weeks or more are booked: Deduct £15 per extra week from the total.

Couples: Deduct £25 per week from the price of Caravan 5.

Short breaks are available out of season, please contact us for details.

Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or postal order.

Cheques are payable to 'Mrs. N.J. Burgess'

Terms and Conditions

• Caravans available from 3.00pm on day of arrival, to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.

• Minimum deposit of 25% to be paid upon booking, balance to be paid on arrival.

• For short breaks from November to March we will require a minimum deposit of 50%

• For bookings at Christmas we require a deposit of 50% with the balance payable 2 weeks before arrival.

• The booking is only secured once the deposit has been paid and you have received a receipt as proof of this either by email or post.

• In the event of a cancellation please inform us immediately. If we are unable to re-let, we reserve the right to be reimbursed for any loss involved, but if we are given enough notice and are able to re-let then your deposit will be returned.

• Any breakages are to be reported and paid for.

• Caravans to be left in a clean and tidy condition.

• Children are welcome but must be supervised on the farm by responsible adults at all times. Please remember children (and adults!) must always wash their hands properly with soap and water after petting any of the farm animals or before eating.

• Dogs are welcome (except in Caravans 5 and 6) but they are NOT to be left unattended in the caravan, and must be kept on a lead around the farm buildings.

• We do not allow any pets or smoking inside Caravans 5 and 6 as they are reserved for allergy sufferers.
