Short breaks available out of season

Deduct £15.00 if two weeks are booked

Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or postal order.

Cheques are payable to 'Mrs. N.J. Burgess'

Terms and Conditions

• Caravans available from 3.00pm on day of arrival, to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.

• Deposit of 25% to be paid upon booking, balance to be paid on arrival.

• The booking is only secured once the deposit has been paid and you have received a receipt as proof of this either by email or post.

• In the event of a cancellation please inform us immediately. If we are unable to re-let, we reserve the right to be reimbursed for any loss involved, but if we are given enough notice and are able to re-let then your deposit will be returned.

• Any breakages are to be reported and paid for.

• Caravans to be left in a clean and tidy condition.

• Children are welcome but must be supervised on the farm by responsible adults and should always wash their hands after petting any of the farm animals.

• Dogs are welcome (except in Caravan 5) but they are NOT to be left unattended in the caravan, and must be kept on a lead around the farm buildings.

• We do not allow any pets or smoking inside Caravan 5 as it is reserved for allergy sufferers.
