Our holiday caravans are furnished to a high standard, and include modern furniture and appliances, so you can be sure to ensure a pleasant static caravan experience.

Caravan 4 has 3 bedrooms: 1 large double and 2 twin rooms. There is also a small pull-out double in the lounge.

Caravan 4 is a pet-friendly place to holiday! Please contact us when you book to let us know your requirements. Please note that dogs are not to be left unattended in the caravan and must be on a leash around the farm buildings.

We have your internet needs covered. All our caravans are equipped with free wifi (approx 5Mbps speed but can have some lag at peak times)

Terms and Conditions

Please do not smoke inside any of our Static Caravans.
Caravans available from 3.00pm on day of arrival, to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.
Minimum deposit of 25% to be paid upon booking, balance to be paid on arrival.
For short breaks we require a minimum deposit of 50%
For Christmas bookings we require a deposit of 50% with the balance payable at the start of December.
Your booking is only secured once the deposit has been paid and you have received a receipt as proof of this either by email or post. If you don't receive anything from us please get in touch!
If you make changes to your booking after it is secured, again please ask for a receipt as proof of the changes either by email or post. In the event of a cancellation please inform us immediately.
If we are unable to re-let, we reserve the right to be reimbursed for any loss involved, but if we are given enough notice and are able to re-let then we usually try to return some of your deposit minus a fee for our time.
Please report any breakages to us and they will need to be paid for.
Caravans to be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Children are welcome but must be supervised on the farm by responsible adults at all times. Please remember children (and adults!) must always wash their hands properly with soap and water after petting any of the farm animals or before eating.
Dogs are welcome (except in Caravans 5 and 6) but they are NOT to be left unattended in the caravan, and must be kept on a lead around the farm buildings.
We do NOT allow any pets or smoking inside Caravans 5 and 6 as they are reserved for allergy sufferers.

FAQs

How do I book a caravan? You can check availability and book a caravan online via our freetobook link. We will then get in touch with you to arrange taking a deposit to secure your booking.

Can I bring my pet dog/cat? Pets are welcome to stay in Caravan 4, they must be kept on a lead at all times around the farm buildings and must not be left unatteneded inside the caravans.

Do you do short breaks? Our minimium stay varies from 3 nights out of season, up to 7 nights in the peak holiday period. Type the dates you wish to stay into our online booking form and it will let you know if we have anything available and what the minimum stay is for that time of year.

What time can we arrive? Check in time is from 3pm onwards. Departure time is 10am

Do you provide Linen? We are not currently providing washable linen in the Caravans. We provide duvets and pillows so you just need to bring your own bed sheets, covers, pillow cases and towels.
